i always suspected that the dream demon gods are aztec in origin finaly my speculation is cleared
I too think it would be interesting if they tie the dream demons with Aztec myth. Time to get an origin for those guys!

Well the info says sleep demon not Dream demon. It says it can ward off evil spirits. Why would the dream demons who creater Freddy want to keep him from evil? Doesn't make sence, does it? This issue still looks promising but I think your wrong with the dream demon theory.
